Henry the Hurricane

Henry is such a mess! Billy calls him "Hurricane", and now Whit does too. We can hardly keep up with him. He is just that kid that is always a mess. No matter what, he will always have food on this clothes or face, a runny nose, and dirt somwhere on his body. His favorite thing is to get up on their little table and stand in the middle of it and yell "Sit!" He says it over and over again. He is so stinkin' cute! He decided he wanted to eat ketchup for lunch the other day, and this was the outcome. I wouldn't have him any other way.....it's our Henry!

Whit's Arm

Almost 4, and we had our first trip to the ER. Pretty good huh? Poor Whit fell on the playground at school Thursday, and broke his arm. We spent all weekend not knowing for sure if it was broken because the ER doctor wanted us to visit a pediatric orthopedic. So, we did that today, and it was confirmed that it is broken. He could not get a cast because it is too swollen, but we go back in a couple of weeks to see if he will get one then, or if we will just stick with the splint and bandages. He has been so wonderful through all of this. I never saw him shed a tear. He cried when it happened, but that's it. Poor little guy. No more soccer, swimming, or gymnastics though. He will be so sad when we don't go. His bandaged up arm sure it cute!!!!

First Soccer Game

Our little Whit started soccer this spring, and had his first game last Saturday. It was so cute to watch these guys out on the field. The majority of them are so clueless......mainly my son! Though Whit was very excited to start soccer, he has been quick to make up his mind that he does not like it. Oh well, it's going to be a long six weeks. Practice is the worst. He runs around acting like a monster and playing with his shadow. I just keep reminding myself that he is almost a year younger than everyone else. Maybe he'll get into it before the end of the season?

Whit is the one on the very right. The one that is not in the game at all, just walking around.

Here they are saying the YMCA pledge. So sweet!!!!

Don't get too excited, this is just warm-up. Whit was done by the time the game actually started. He was excited about kicking the ball in the goal though. That's all that matters, right?

One more practice kick!
